Envibe: How to view today's status list of Bookings

How do I view a quick reference point per site of all bookings across resources for today.


Answer

The Today list is a dynamic list will provide the status of each booking with the icons displaying reserved, confirmed, arrived, invoiced etc.



Quick functions that can be achieved through this screen include the Arrive and Cancel workflows.
If any further management needs to be conducted, the Open icon can be selected to navigate the user to the Bookings Overview screen.

To navigate to the Today List:

  1. 1. Launch BOOKINGS

  1. 2. Click FUNCTIONS

  1. 3. Click TODAY
