How do I confirm a reserved booking?


Answer

When a booking has a status of Reserved, the allocation will be present on the Confirm list to prompt the Envibe user to finalise and confirm the booking.


Example Confirm Workflow

Each Monday, the Bookings Coordinator checks the Confirm list to ensure any tentative bookings are finalised and financials raised. The Coordinator uses the list to systematically contact each bookee and finalise the details before clicking Confirm.

To confirm the reserved booking:

  1. 1. Launch BOOKINGS

  1. 2. Click FUNCTIONS

  1. 3. Click CONFIRM

  1. 4. Search and select the applicable booking

  1. 5. Click Confirm




Once the status has been updated to Confirmed, the booking will drop off the Confirm List
