A bookable resource can become reserved/restricted when:
1. A customer starts the booking process via the online portal, but has not completed the purchase, or
2. A staff member starts the booking process in house but does not finalise the workflow by reserving/confirming.
After discussing the locked resource with the AM receptionist, it is confirmed that the booking was not going ahead, and the resource can be released for the PM receptionist to book.
To remove the resource reservation:
1. Launch BOOKINGS
2. Click FUNCTIONS
3. Click RESERVED RESOURCES
4. Select the applicable resource
5. Click REMOVE RESERVATION
6. Click REMOVE
