How are resources configured for Bookings Diaries?

Answer

Not all Resources and Features that are configured encompass a whole area or facility, sometimes we need to show breakdowns of this facility such as courts, lanes, rooms etc. To achieve this, creating Resource trees by utilising the Parent Resource drop down is used.

To assign a Parent Resource and create a Resource Tree:

1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

2. Search and click Resources.

3. Find the appropriate Resource and click EDIT.

4. Add the applicable Parent Resource from the drop-down menu.
   

5. Click SAVE.
