What is the workflow to send reminders in Bookings


Answer

For any bookings with an allocation in the upcoming week, the send Reminder list can be utilised as a quick management tool to send out the Booking Confirmation Letter.



To view an upcoming booking or send a letter from the Send Reminder list:

  1. 1. Launch BOOKINGS

  1. 2. Click FUNCTIONS

  1. 3. Click SEND REMINDERS

  1. 4. Search and select the upcoming booking

  1. 5. Click Send Letter

  2. 6. Select option to Save, Email or Print letter for customer.




Customers will automatically drop off the dynamic list if they did not have an upcoming booking allocation in the next week
