Envibe: How to set up Suspension Protocols for Memberships
To create a Suspension Protocol for membership management:
1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.
2. Search and select MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION PROTOCOLS.
3. Click NEW.
4. Enter a Name – eg. Suspension Default.
5. Add an Adherence window – these dictates the minimum length of time a member must be active (from join date) before they can process a suspension.
6. Add a Minimum episode – this dictates the minimum length of a singular suspension period.
7. Add a Maximum episode – this dictates the maximum length of a singular suspension period.
8. Add a Lifetime limit – this dictates the maximum threshold of suspensions a customer can have over the lifetime of their membership.
9. Add a Calendar year limit - this dictates the maximum threshold of suspensions a customer can have within a calendar year.
10. Add an Advance window – this dictate how far in advance a suspension can be requested and processed.
11. Allow Protocol Bypass - allows staff to override the set parameters manually, if required.
Note: The only mandatory fields in the configuration of a Suspension protocol is the Name field, all other fields are optional
