How can I bulk suspend members.


Answer
For scenarios where many specific categories of members need to be put on suspension, the Membership Bulk Suspension tool can be utilised.



To process a bulk suspension:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

  1. 2. Search and select Memberships.

  1. 3. Click Bulk Suspend.

  1. 4. Select the applicable Site and Membership Categories to be suspended.



  3. 5. Click NEXT.

  4. 6. Add in From and Until dates.

  5. 7. Use the check boxes to ‘Automatically adjust membership period’ for Upfront Memberships & ‘Automatically apply pro-rata credits or charges’ for Direct Debit Memberships.




      8. Click NEXT.



      8. Review records and click ACCEPT.
