Envibe: How to add a Membership Suspension

Question

How do I apply a membership suspension?

Answer

All membership related actions are completed in the Interactions module, allowing users to pick up existing memberships and make adjustments/actions.

Suspensions on debit plans are assumptive. If a billing schedule is affected by the suspension period, Envibe will adjust the next debit amount accordingly.

To apply a suspension to a direct debit membership:

1. Launch Interactions
2. Click Administration

3. Search and select the contact that requires a suspension.
4. Click the Membership Tile.
5. Click SUSPEND.

Click Select the start and finish of the suspension to highlight.

6. Click REVIEW.
7. Review dates, pro rata (if applicable).
8. Click FINALISE.

Note: It is recommended to suspend memberships in blocks that align with the debit cycles/billing anniversaries. Any pro rata will automatically be calculated.
