How do I add a new membership suspension reason


Answer


If customers are granted the ability to manage their active memberships via the Web module, suspension protocols can be created to reflect the policies of the business.

Suspension Reasons are also available both in club (via the application) and online to help report on the trends as to why a member has suspended their membership.

To create a Suspension Reason:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT

  1. 2. Search and select MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION REASONS.

  1. 3. Click NEW.

  1. 4. Enter a Name.

  1. 5. Click SAVE.



  5. When a suspension is processed for a Pass or Membership, the reasons will be available to select within the workflow via the application.
