How do I add cancellation reasons when members cancel their membership.


Answer

If customers are granted the ability to manage their active memberships via the Web module, cancellation protocols can be created to reflect the policies of the business.

Cancellation Reasons are available inhouse and online to help report on the trends as to why a member has cancelled their membership.

To create a Cancellation Reason:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT

  1. 2. Search and select MEMBERSHIP CANCELLALTION REASONS.

  1. 3. Click NEW.

  1. 4. Enter a Name.

  1. 5. Click SAVE.



Group 46, Grouped object

When a cancellation is processed for a Membership, the reasons will be available to select within the workflow via the application.
