How do I configure Courses so I can record reasons for class cancellations, student absence and student leaving class?

Follow the steps below to configure:

1. Course Cancel Reasons
2. Course Absent Reasons
3. Course Leave Reasons

1. Course Cancel Reasons

Create Cancel Reasons to report on the reasons why your site internally cancels a scheduled class

1.  Launch Courses
2.  Click Management
3.  Click on Cancel Reasons
4.  Click New
5.  Name. e.g. Instructor Illness, Pool Maintenance, Public Holiday, Other
6.  Click Save.


2. Course Absent Reasons

Create Absent Reasons to reports on common information you receive as to why students plan an absence from a scheduled class.

1.  Launch Courses
2.  Click Management
3.  Click on Absent Reasons
4.  Click New
5.  Name. e.g. Holidays, injured, illness
6.  Click Save.


3. Course Leave Reasons

Create Leave Reasons to report on the trends in which people leave classes/enrolments

1.  Launch Courses
2.  Click Management
3.  Click on Leave Reasons
4.  Click New
5.  Name. e.g. Other commitments, illness, injury, other
6.  Click Save.
