How do I add a new booking cancel reason to my booking configuration.

Answer

Booking Cancel Reasons allow a user to configure site specific reasoning to capture in reporting the trends as to why a booking may be cancelled.

To configure a Booking Cancel Reason:

1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

2. 2. Search and click Booking Cancel Reasons.

3. 3. Click NEW.

4. 4. Add an applicable Name.

5. 5. Click SAVE.
