How do I set up Operating Profiles that may be used for Area or Feature specific opening times.


Answer


Operating Profiles are configured to connect all access components of a business. As a default, site specific Operating Profiles are configured outlining the standard opening hours of a site. Once configured, the Operating Profile is the connected to the Envibe Site. It is worth noting, additional Operating Profiles can be configured to capture Area specific or Feature specific opening times that deviate from the standard opening times. Where a deviation from the standard takes place, the new operating profile can connect directly to the specific area or feature it relates to. This will override the standard operating profile linked to the Site.


To create an Operating Profile:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

  1. 2. Search and select Operating Profiles.

  1. 3. Click New.

  1. 4. Add a Name â€“ e.g. Melbourne Site.

  2. 5. In the Rules table, click NEW.

  3. 6. If the hours cover all day, click All day session.



  1. 7. If the hours are specified, enter a From and Until time.

  1. 8. If applicable, add an Operating rate.

  1. 9. Click OK.

  1. 10. Add any other additional Rules.

  1. 11. Click SAVE.
