How do I configure an Operating Schedule to show the days of the week a resource can be booked.
Answer
The Operating Schedule dictates the day of the week that an entry rule is going to apply to.
This usually coincides with a businesses Operating Hours as a whole, or per department.For example, a business might have different operating hours for their stadium and pool.
To create an Operating Schedule:
1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT
2. Search and select Operating Schedules
3. Click New
4. Add a Name – e.g. Monday - Friday
5. Tick the checkboxes next to each applicable Day
6. Click SAVE
