Envibe: How to process a refund for a cancelled lesson (paid upfront)

How do I process a refund to a customer who paid upfront for their classes when they enrolled.


Answer

Based on what is configured in your sites policy, Envibe users can opt to issue a refund to students that have been affect by a class cancellation. This can be done using the refund tool within the dynamic list Uncredited Cancelled Sessions.

To issue a refund:

1.     Launch COURSES.

2.    Click FUNCTIONS.

3.    Click UNCREDITED CANCELLED SESSIONS.

   Note: The students affected by the class cancellation will fall onto this list the day AFTER the cancelled class.

 4.     Select the applicable student

 5.     Click REFUND


6.      Select the applicable Tender Type.
7.      Input the Balance.
8.      Add a Note.
9.      Click NEXT



10.    Click REFUND
