Question

How can I restore a lesson that has cancelled in error?


Answer

To restore a cancelled lesson:

1.      Launch COURSES.

2.      Click MANAGEMENT.

3.      Click CLASSES.

4.      Select the applicable class.

5.      Edit LESSON.

 6.    Delete CANCELLATION



Note: If you remove a cancellation, then any credits that have been applied will appear on the UNDESERVED CREDITS work list available at Courses | Functions. This list isn’t really a work list in the traditional sense  as there’s no real work flow for repairing the data but it will show you which students have been credited for lessons that Envibe doesn’t think should have been credited. So, the user could work through this list, undo the credits as required and then use the IGNORE button to essentially remove the credit from that work list.

 

Note: For students that enrolled AFTER the cancellation was added, a credit of type ‘Internal’ would have been added when they enrolled. This would have reduced the required payment for their enrolment, but this should still be reflected in the workflow listed above
