Envibe: How to end a Class in Courses

Question

How do I end a class we no longer wish to continue running in our LTS program?

Answer

When ending a class, this means it will be permanently removed from the ongoing timetable.

1.  Launch COURSES

2.  Navigate to the appropriate class on the Courses Diary and click to select

3.  Click the cog wheel at the top right of the screen

4.  Click END CLASS

5.  Select the last date of the class OR click completely remove

     Note: If there are any active enrolments in the period to be cancelled, these enrolments must be moved, or left prior to ending the class.

6.  Click SELECT.
