How do I create a new class in our LTS program?


Answer

Create a new class by either of the following:
1. Clone Class
2. Schedule a new Class


1. Clone Class

Clone an existing class.

1.  Launch COURSES
2.  Navigate to the appropriate class on the Courses Diary and click to select
3.  Click the cog wheel at the top right of the screen



4.  Click CLONE CLASS
5.  Populate the class details:
    1. Course
    2. Name
    3. Level
    4. Class Type
    5. Day of week
    6. Tim eslot
    7. Location
    8. Teacher
    9. Capacity
    10. First and last date of the class
6.  Click SCHEDULE

2. Schedule a New Class

1.  Launch COURSES
2.  Navigate to the appropriate class on the Courses Diary and click to select
3.  Click the dial at the top right of the screen


4.  Click SCHEDULE SESSION

5.  Populate the class details:
    1. Course
    2. Name
    3. Level
    4. Class Type
    5. Day of week
    6. Tim eslot
    7. Location
    8. Teacher
    9. Capacity
    10. First and last date of the class
6.  Click SCHEDULE
