Envibe: How to change a student's class day/time in Courses

Question

How do I process a student's moving to another day/time in Courses?


Answer

In the scenario where a student wishes to change the day/time of their session to a different class at the same level, the Move action can be competed from the Enrolment Overview screen.

Note:  Students can process their own moves on the customer online portal, if you have configured your Web Policy and Web Course Programs to allow MOVES.

1.  Navigate to the Enrolment Overview screen.
2.  Click Stay in.
3.  Click the Move action.


4.  Use the filter bar to select the applicable Day of the new class
5.  Select the new Class
6.  Click SELECT
 

7.  Select the Last Session of the existing class. The First Date of the new session will automatically apply from the next available session
8.  Click SELECT.




9.  Review the updated information and click PROCESS
10.  Click FINALISE
NOTE: The Move process can also be completed via the Student profile found directly in the Class Summary, as shown in the image below.
