Envibe: How to change price from Invoice to upfront or Direct Debit in Courses

How do I change a student's enrolment from invoice to paying upfront and/or direct debitt.


Answer

If a student’s enrolment has been invoiced, and the enrolment needs to be changed to paying upfront/or direct debit

1.  Navigate to the Enrolment Overview screen
2.  Click Stay in



3.  Select the Effective Date. This is the date/session from which the pricing change will take effect.
4.  Click SELECT.


5.  Outline new payment method (Upfront/Direct Debit)
6.  Envibe will prompt for a reversal of the Invoiced amount
7.  Click REFUND




8.  Click FINALISE
