Envibe: How to change a price of a lesson in course enrolment

How can I change the price of lesson in a Course enrolment?


Answer

In the scenario where any adjustments need to be made for pricing information in an existing enrolment, the Change Price action can be completed from the Enrolment Overview screen.

There is the ability use the Change Price functionality to change the rate, add/edit discounts, change payment type to switch between Upfront, Direct Debit and External (if your sites configuration allows for it).

To Change Price:

1.  Navigate to the Enrolment Overview screen  (via the Contacts search and selecting View Enrolments)
2.  Click Stay in
3.  Click the Change Price action


4.  Select the Effective Date.  This is the date/session from which the pricing change will take effect.

NOTE: If the payment method in use is direct debit, it is recommended that the price change be aligned with the next billing cycle.
The billing cycles are displayed on the diary with a dollar symbol.
5.  Click SELECT



6.  Adjust the Rate, Discount or Payment Type tiles
7.  Review the updated information and click PROCESS/PAY
NOTE: If any variances in upfront payment is detected, the system will prompt to take payment or organise a refund of the difference.
8.  Click Finalise.
