How do I change the location of class in our LTS program?


Answer

Classes can be moved a timetable singularly or in bulk depending on what workflow is used.

Relocate a single Class

1.  Launch COURSES
2.  Navigate to the appropriate class on the Courses Diary and click to select
3.  Click the cog wheel at the top right of the screen



4.  Click RELOCATE SESSION
5.  This will automatically select the single class to be relocated
6.  Select the new location from the list on the right of the screen
7.  Select applicable Period
  1. Only for this session
8.  Roster for this and all subsequent sessions
9.  Click RELOCATE SESSIONS

Relocating Multiple Classes

1.  Launch COURSES
2.  Click the dial to the right of the daily session and enrolment count



3.  Select RELOCATE SESSSIONS
4.  Multi-select applicable classes to relocate
5.  Select the new location from the list on the right of the screen
6.  Select applicable Period
    1. Only for this session
    2. Roster for this and all subsequent sessions
7.  Click RELOCATE SESSIONS
    Note: Supervisor permissions will be required for this action
