How do I process a refund to voucher cancelled classes in Courses.


Answer

Based on what is configured in your sites policy, Envibe users can opt to issue a refund to a Voucher to students that have been affect by a class cancellation. This can be done using the refund tool within the dynamic list Uncredited Cancelled Sessions.

Note: This will only be available as an option if Voucher is enabled as an Allowed Refund Tender Type within the Policy.

To refund to a Voucher:

1.      Launch COURSES.

2.      Click FUNCTIONS.

3.      Click UNCREDITED CANCELLED SESSIONS.

   Note: The student will fall onto this list the day AFTER the cancelled session.

4.     Select the applicable student.

 5.     Click REFUND.


6.      Select the VOUCHER tender type.

7.      Enter Voucher Number. If the contact already has a voucher this can be entered here, if not add a new Voucher number.  

8.      Select applicable Voucher Type, add new if necessary, e.g. Swim School Voucher

9.      Click Next.

10.     Review Voucher Expiry

11.      Click FINISH.


12.      Input the Balance.

 13.      Add a Note.


14.      Click REFUND.

15.      This Voucher will then sit behind the contact’s Voucher tile.
