Envibe: How to process bulk edit to Voucher (upfront Courses only)

Question

How do I process bulk voucher to classes paid upfront during enrolment that have been cancelled?


Answer

Based on what is configured in your sites policy, Envibe users can opt to issue a voucher for students affected by a cancelled session. This can be done using the Bulk Credit tool within the dynamic list Uncredited Cancelled Session.

To process a Replacement Session:

1.      Launch COURSES.

2.      Click FUNCTIONS.

3.      Click UNCREDITED CANCELLED SESSIONS.

 4.      Click BULK CREDIT.


5.      Click CREDIT TYPE - Refund.


6.      Select the SITE.

7.      Select the DATE of the cancelled session

 8.      Select the students to receive the Voucher (click Select All if required).




 9.     Click BULK CREDIT

10.    Select Applicable Voucher Type

Note: If no Voucher Types surface in this workflow.

1.      Data Management > Voucher Types > Create New.
2.     Ensure starting balance is left blank,
3.      Ensure requires identifier is left unticked.



4.      Data Management > Items > Create New.
5.      Add Name, Voucher Type to components table.
6.       Ensure no Tax is assigned
