How do I configure vouchers?


Answer

There are two steps to creating a new Voucher in Envibe. A Voucher Type and a Voucher Item will need to be created.

To create a Voucher Type:

1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

2. Search and select Voucher Types.

3. Click NEW.

4. Enter an appropriate Voucher type name, e.g. Gift Voucher.

5. Enter Starting Balance, e.g. $15.00.

6. Enter Validity Period, e.g. 12 months


7. Select Design File, e.g. Voucher (Voucher Card

8. Click SAVE


To create a Voucher Item:

1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

2. Search and select Items.

3. Click NEW.

4. Enter a Name for the voucher, e.g. Gift Voucher.

Click ADD in the Components table

1. Link the associated Voucher Type.
2. Add a Default Price.
3. Click SAVE.
