The Conditions table in a Trigger Recipe allows the user to filter the Contact database to only target the relevant audience for each Trigger recipe. One or more conditions can be applied by selecting from the default drop-down box.
• Pass active: Referencing the status of a pass (excludes access disabled and expired passes).
• Pass category: The applicable Pass Category of reference.
• Pass expires: Referencing the expiry date of a pass.
• Pass home site: The applicable Pass Home Site of reference (where was the pass sold).
• Pass remaining visits: Used to target pass holders with a specific number of remaining visits.
• Pass suspended: Used to target pass holders that are or are not on suspension (hold).
• Contact has pass: Filters based on connected entities, Pass active, Pass category, Pass expires, Pass has contact record, Pass home site, Pass remaining visits, Pass suspended.
