What bookings related trigger conditions are available when creating a trigger recipe? 


Answer

The Conditions table in a Trigger Recipe allows the user to filter the Contact database to only target the relevant audience for each Trigger recipe. One or more conditions can be applied by selecting from the default drop-down box.

  1. Booking allocation date: The applicable date of reference.
  2. Booking allocation for resource: The applicable Resource of reference.
  3. Booking allocation is arrived: Referencing the bookings is ‘arrived’ status.
  4. Booking has allocation: Filters based on connected entities, date, Resource and Arrived.
  5. Booking is confirmed: Referencing the bookings status ‘Confirmed’.
  6. Booking type: The applicable Booking Type of reference.
  7. Contact has booking: Filters based on connected entities, allocation, confirmed and Booking Type.
