The Conditions table in a Trigger Recipe allows the user to filter the Contact database to only target the relevant audience for each Trigger recipe. One or more conditions can be applied by selecting from the default drop-down box.
Membership Related Trigger Conditions
• Membership active: Referencing the status of a membership (excludes access disabled and expired memberships).
• Membership category: The applicable Membership Category of reference.
• Membership type: The applicable Membership Type of reference.
• Membership debit plan credit card expiry: Referencing the expiry of a credit card linked to a membership debit plan.
• Membership debit plan dishonored: Referencing the dishonor status of a debit plan transaction.
• Membership debit plan has outstanding balance: Referencing an outstanding balance associated with a membership debit plan.
• Membership debit plan last processed: Referencing the last processed direct debit associated with a membership debit plan.
• Membership end: Referencing the end date of a membership (their last date of access)
• Membership home site: The applicable Membership Home Site of reference (where was the membership sold).
• Membership is renewal: Used to target members that have renewed.
• Membership last effective attendance: Used to target members that have attended within a specified timeframe.
• Membership sign up: Referencing the sign-up date of a membership (sign up workflow completed).
• Membership start: Referencing the start date of a membership (typically the same as the sign-up date, unless the membership was outlined to start on a date in the future)
• Membership suspended: Used to target members that are or are not on suspension (hold).
• Membership suspension created: Referencing the creation of a membership suspension (suspension workflow completed).
• Membership suspensions start: Referencing the start date of a membership suspension.
• Membership suspension end: Referencing the end date of a membership suspension.
• Membership has suspension. Filters based on connected entities, Membership suspension created, Membership suspension end, Membership suspension start.
• Contact has membership: Filters based on connected entities, Membership Active, Membership Category, Membership End, Membership has Suspension, Membership Home Site, Membership is renewal, Membership Sign Up, Membership Start, Membership Suspended, Membership Type.
