What content related trigger conditions are available when creating a trigger recipe?
Answer
The Conditions table in a Trigger Recipe allows the user to filter the Contact database to only target the relevant audience for each Trigger recipe. One or more conditions can be applied by selecting from the default drop-down box.
Contact birthday: Referencing a contacts birthday based on the data in their contact profile.
Contact has attended: Referencing contacts attendance within a specified time range.
Contact has attended group class: Referencing contacts attendance to a Groups Class within a specified time range.
Contact has made a transaction: Referencing a contacts transaction within a specified time range.
Contact in list: Used to capture all contacts in a Contact Lists.
Contact is subscribed for email: Used to capture all contacts that are subscribed for email.
Contact is subscribed for SMS: Used to capture all contacts that are subscribed for email.
Contact last attended: Referencing a contacts last attendance.
Contact sales level: Used to capture all contacts with a specified Sales Level.
