What courses related trigger conditions are available when creating a trigger recipe? 



Answer

The Conditions table in a Trigger Recipe allows the user to filter the Contact database to only target the relevant audience for each Trigger recipe. One or more conditions can be applied by selecting from the default drop-down box.

  1. Course assessment competency: The applicable competency of reference.
  2. Course assessment grade: The applicable grade of reference. 
  3. Course assessment time: Referencing an assessment time.
  4. Course attendance date: Referencing a date of attendance.
  5. Course attendance present: The attendance status.
  6. Course cancellation date: Referencing the date of a class cancellation. 
  7. Course cancellation reason: Referencing reason for a class cancellation.
  8. Course consecutive absences: Referencing the count of consecutive class absences.
  9. Course enrolment class: The applicable class of reference. 
  10. Course enrolment course: The applicable course of reference.
  11. Course enrolment debit plan credit card expiry: Referencing the expiry of a credit card linked to an enrolment debit plan. 
  12. Course enrolment debit plan dishonored: Referencing the dishonor status of a debit plan transaction. 
  13. Course enrolment debit plan has outstanding balance: Referencing an outstanding balance associated with an enrolment debit plan.
  14. Course enrolment debit plan last processed: Referencing the last processed direct debit associated with an enrolment debit plan.
  15. Course enrolment final lesson date: Referencing the final lesson date of an enrolment. 
  16. Course enrolment has achieved advancement competency: Used to capture all contacts that have reached their advancement competency.
  17. Course enrolment has reached advancement age: Used to capture all contacts that have reached their advancement competency. 
  18. Course enrolment is active: Used to capture all contacts that have a current active Course Enrolment (not historical or future)
  19. Course enrolment is active or upcoming: Used to capture all contacts that have a current active or upcoming Course Enrolment (not historical)
  20. Course enrolments join date: Referencing the join date of an enrolment (sign up workflow completed). 
  21. Course enrolments leave date: Referencing the leave date of an enrolment (withdrawal workflow completed). 
  22. Course enrolment level: The applicable level of reference. 
  23. Course enrolment manually progressed.
  24. Course enrolments move date: Referencing the move of an enrolment (move/progress workflow completed). 
  25. Course enrolment program: The applicable program of reference.
  26. Course enrolment trigger suppressed: Used to capture all contacts have an enrolment whereby the staff member manually suppressed the trigger. 
  27. Contact has course enrolment: Filters based on connected entities, Course enrolment class, course enrolment course, course enrolment final lesson date, course enrolment is active, course enrolment is active or upcoming, course enrolment is removed completely, course enrolment join date, course enrolment leave date, course enrolment level, course enrolment move date, course enrolment program, course enrolment trigger is suppressed.
