Envibe: How to search for a student in Courses Diary

Question

How can I search for a student in the Courses Diary view.

Answer

To navigate to the Enrolment Overview screen:

1.  Launch COURSES.
2.  Click into the Search for a student bar




3.  Start typing the name of the student, email address or phone number, following by the keyboard enter key

Note: 
To search via phone number, the user must prefix the search with a '+' symbol.
Searching via email addresses occurs when the search text contains the '@' symbol.
Note: The phone number field has been changed so that only phone numbers that are all digits except perhaps a leading '+' are considered valid (no white space or parentheses are allowed).

For example to search for the following person within Contacts or the Courses Diary screen:

      Jane Patencho
      Mobile:  0423 155 146
      Email: jpatencho@outook.com

Search by:
Name: Jane Patencho
Phone:  +0423155146

4.  Search and select the applicable Contact
5.  Click on the VIEW ENROLMENTS

NOTE: A student’s Enrolment Overview can also be reached directly via the Student profile found directly in the Class Summary, as shown in the image below:
