If your site chooses not to run classes on Public Holidays,
these classes must be manually removed from the timetable using the Class
Cancellation workflow. Jonas Leisure recommends, as best practice to cancel all
Public Holiday lessons at the beginning of term. Therefore, students with
affected classes will not be debited for the cancelled lesson.
To bulk cancel classes on a Public Holiday:
1. Launch COURSES.
2. Navigate to the date of the Public Holiday on the Courses Diary.
3. Click the dial (button to the right of the daily session and enrolment count)
4. Select CANCEL SESSSIONS.
5. Multi-select all applicable classes to cancel.
6. Select a Reason for the cancellation from the list on the right of the screen e.g. Public Holiday.
