Envibe: Why do the Gates report a Time Blocked Token on a Public Holiday without during Business Hours
Question
Why do the Gates report a Time Blocked Token on a Public Holiday without during Business Hours
Answer
If Envibe doesn't have a time configured for a public holiday, it assumes the site is closed or otherwise the time is out of bounds and denies access to a Gate.
The Public Holidays are set in Data Management -> Operating Patterns, the days of the week to apply this in Operating Schedules and finally Operating Profiles sets the business hours. Make sure all three are set up for your public holiday in question.
