How do I create a flag to add to a contact?


Answer

Within Envibe, contacts can be marked with configurable Flags to indicate special conditions or alerts.
Flags can fall into various Field categories, including – but not limited to – Medical conditions, Customer Alerts, Staff and Suppliers. 

Creating a Field

A field is the grouping of the flags that will be associated. For example: Fields can be any of the following:

    • Medical Conditions

    • Customer Alerts

    • Staff

    • Suppliers

    • Company Organisations 

To create a new Field:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

  1. 2. Search and select Fields.

  1. 3. Click NEW.

  1. 4. Enter a Field name, e.g. Medical Conditions, Customer Alerts, Staff, Suppliers.



  5. 5. Click SAVE


  7. Creating a Flag

  1. A flag is the data name you would like to capture on the contacts profile. For example, flags can be any of the following:

  1. Asthma 
  1. New Credit Card
  1. Lost Jumper
  1. ANZ

  1. To create a new Flag:

    1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

    1. 2. Search and select Flags.

    1. 3. Click NEW.

    1. 4. Select the relevant Field from the dropdown box, e.g. Medical Conditions.

    1. 5. Enter the flag name in Annotation, e.g. Asthma.

    1. 6. Assign a flag Colour.

    2. 7. Click SAVE.
