How do I enter a contact?


Answer

Follow the steps below to enter a contact in the Contacts Module.

  1. 1. Launch CONTACTS.

  1. 2. Click NEW CONTACT.

  1. 3. Enter the relevant information into the form fields. The only mandatory field is Full name.

  1. 4. Click on the avatar to Take a new photograph or Load from file.

  1. 5. Click Provide Identification to record the details and dates of witness of any identification documents if required. IDs may include ABN, Drivers Licence, Membership Number, Organisation Number, Passport, Proof of Age Card, Health Care Card Identification Number or Smart Card ID.

  1. 6. Provide Parent/Guardian if applicable. Search and select the relevant contact or Add New if necessary.

  1. 7. Select any applicable Flags.

  2. 8. Click SAVE
