How can I use flags and contact lists in trigger conditions? 


Answer

For a more bespoke audience that cannot be captured through the available Conditions, Flags and Contact List functionality can be utilised.  

For example, a site may want to target all Members who have a Parking Card. The following instructions would need to be followed: 

  1. A Parking Card flag is attached to all applicable Contacts as a reference.
  2. A Parking Card Contact List is created on all members who have the specific flag applied.
  3. The Contact List Condition is utilised in the Trigger Recipe.
