How do I cancel a one-off session in the Group Fitness timetable


Answer


A one-off session can be cancelled if it cannot run for that day. This could be because of facility/maintenance issues, or instructor availability. 

To cancel a one-off session: 

  1. 1. Launch GROUPS. 

  1. 2. Select the session to be cancelled. 

  1. 3. Click CANCEL SESSION - A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. 



  1. 4. Click CANCEL SESSION – if the Trigger module is invoked, users will have the option to SMS recent attendees.

  1. 5. Select SMS or DON’T SMS as per site set up. 


Note: On the calendar view, the cancelled class will be RED and labelled [CANCELLED].


Note: Any permanent removal of classes should be actioned via EDIT TIMETABLE.
