How can I move a Group Fitness session to another time?


Answer

If a session needs to be moved to a different timeslot as a once off, the Move Session Time functionality can be utilised. 


To create a move within Groups:

  1. 1. Launch GROUPS.

  1. 2. Select the class to be edited.

  1. 3. Click MOVE SESSION TIME.

  1. 4. Add new start time. 

  1. 5. Click MOVE. 



Note: For sites with the Trigger module invoked, SMS RECENT ATTENDEES can be utilised to notify the customers of the one-off changes
