How do I set up staff so I can roster them to a Group Fitness session?


Answer


Staff members who require e for rostering need to have an applicable Role assigned to their Staff Member profile, this Role will then be attached to the relevant Programs.
Follow the steps below to:
1. Create a staff role
2. Allocate a staff member to a staff role

Create a Staff Role

To create a Staff Role for Groups:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

  1. 2. Search and select Staff Roles.

  1. 3. Click New.

  1. 4. Enter a name for the Staff Role – e.g., Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Teacher.

  2. 5. Click SAVE




  7. Add Role to Staff


To add a Staff Role for Groups:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

  1. 2. Search and select STAFF MEMEBERS.

  1. 3. Click Edit.

  1. 4. In the Role field, attach Role created in previous step. 

  1. 5. Click SAVE.

  2. 6. Repeat for all relevant staff
