How can I make any single amendments to the Groups Timetable


Answer

Any actions or amendments to a one-off class is completed behind the SESSION itself, selected directly from the diary view. 


Adding a new One-off Session

Booking a one-off session can be actioned in cases where a temporary, promotional or replacement class needs to be added to the timetable.

To book a session:

  1. 1. Launch GROUPS.

  1. 2. Click BOOK SESSION– the tile will turn purple to indicate an editing/modify mode.




      3. Click on the applicable timeslot



  1. 4. Click on the grey BOOK SESSION.

  1. 5. Click applicable Day of Week the class is scheduled for.

  1. 6. Select applicable Group Class.

  1. 7. Select applicable Group Location.

  1. 8. Select applicable Instructor rostered for the class.

  1. 9. Click SAVE.
