How do I process game forfeits? 


Answer

If a team requests to forfeit a round, this can be managed directly through the POINT OF SALE module in the same workflow as processing a general fixture fee, or via the TEAMS module behind the applicable game. 

To process a forfeit and raise the fee via POS, follow these steps: 

  1. Navigate to POINT OF SALE 
  2. Click FUNCTIONS.
  3. Click Manage Team.
  4. Select the applicable team and click OK.
  5. Select the applicable game using the checkbox.
  6. Select Forfeit. 
  7. Apply the fee - if applicable 
  8. Click FORFEIT. Note: Forfeit fees can be applied in advanced and left until the date of the round, or paid immediately through POS. 


To process a forfeit and raise the fee via the Teams Module, follow these steps: 

  1. Navigates to Teams.
  2. Use the diary view to navigate to the applicable round date.
  3. Search and select the applicable game form the diary. 
  4. Click FORFEIT against the applicable team 
  5. Apply the fee - if applicable 
  6. Click FORFEIT. Note: Forfeit fees can be applied in advanced and left until the date of the round, or paid immediately through POS.
