How do I manually fixture a game post forfeit? 


Answer

In some scenarios, when a team forfeits sites may wish to manually fixture a game to allow the affected team the chance to play in that round against another available team. 

  1. Process the forfeit in Teams (this will automatically scratch the match). E.g, Team 5 has forfeited. However, Team 2 would still like to play in this round. 
  2. Click Cancel Scratch Match to release Team 2 and allow you to manually fixture this team.
  3. Navigate to FUNCTIONS. 
  4. Click MANAGE LEAGUES. 
  5. Select applicable League and click SCHEDULE. 
  6. Navigate to the appropriate date/round. 
  7. Click MANUAL FIXTURE. 
  8. Note: This functionality can be enabled within the Policy. See section 2.2 Manual Team Fixturing. 
  9. Select the applicable timeslot from the calendar view 
  10. Select the applicable teams.  
  11. Click SAVE.
