How do I edit an existing fixture within the Teams Module? 


Answer

If a round needs to be edited post fixture generation, this can be done within League Management. The time and location can be changed, along with the Home Team and Away Team. Note, if need be, a team from a different grade can be assigned.    

To edit a round, follow these steps: 

  1. Launch TEAMS 
  2. Click FUNCTIONS 
  3. Click MANAGE LEAGUES 
  4. Select the applicable league 
  5. Click SCHEDULE 
  6. Click on the applicable round from the list of fixtures 
  7. Click on the specific game on the diary view to edit 
  8. Click CHANGE 
  9. Make appropriate changes to the home and away teams. Note: un-fixtured teams will be highlighted green. Different grades can be selected if applicable. 
  10. Click SAVE 
  11. Click SAVE to save changes
