How can I grade teams within the teams module? 


Answer

Once all grading rounds have been completed and results entered, Teams can be graded before proceeding to fixture your Regular rounds.

To grade teams, follow these steps: 

  1. Launch the TEAMS module.
  2. Click FUNCTIONS.
  3. Click MANAGE LEAGUES.
  4. Select the applicable league to grade.
  5. Click SCHEDULE.
  6. Click GRADING. 
  7. Click ADD TABLE 
  8. Add the applicable grade, scoring and finals format 
  9. Enter the number of teams (this is not mandatory; however, you can choose to split the teams at your discretion between the grades available) 
  10. Two options are available, if a user has specified the number of Teams per Grade, the AUTOGRADE option can be utilised. The system will automatically add teams to an applicable grade based on the results of the grading round. Alternatively, users can manually grade each team using the tiles next to the team name. 
     
  11. Once all grading has been finalised, click SET GRADES. 
  12. Click SAVE
