What is the trigger management module?
Answer
The Trigger Management module
facilitates all automated email and SMS communication from business to customer
when certain conditions are met. The module can be managed by the Envibe user
to generate on demand (manual) or automatic correspondence to their customers. Filters
and conditions can be used in the Trigger recipes to target certain
demographics or customer categories.
