Envibe: How to set up an External Invoice Types when enrolments are paid externally

Question

What is the set up for external invoice types used for course enrolments when paid externally? 


Answer

If there is a scenario where a business does not take payment/financials for an enrolment, External Invoice Types need to be configured.  Examples of common External Invoice Types could include Scholarships, Salary Sacrifice, Government Grants or Complimentary.

To create a new External Invoice Type:

1.  Launch COURSES
2.  Click the Management
3.  Select External Invoice Types
4.  Click New
5.  Name - e.g. Scholarship or Paid by Membership
6.  Click SAVE
