Based on what is configured in your sites policy, Envibe
users can opt to issue a Replacement Sessions for students affected by a
cancelled session.
To process a Replacement Session:
1. Launch COURSES.
2. Click FUNCTIONS.
3. Click UNCREDITED CANCELLED SESSIONS.
Note: The student affected by the class cancellation will fall onto this list the day AFTER the cancelled session.
4. Select the applicable student.
5. Click REPLACE.
6. Select the replacement session from the sessions on the right of the screen.
Note: User the filtering tools to select appropriate day of the week.
7. Click SELECT.
9. Select the Date of the make-up session.10. Click SELECT.
11. Review replacement details.
12. Click PROCESS.
13. Click FINALISE
