How do I mark student's attendance to class in Courses?


Answer

In each active session, the teacher is to mark the attendance at the beginning of the session. This can be completed using the Take Attendance workflow directly from the Course Module, or pool side within the Courses Application.

To Take Attendance within the Courses Module:

1.  Launch COURSES.
2.  Select the applicable Class on the diary. 
3.  Click on the Cog icon withing the Class Summary


4.  Click Take Attendance.
5.  Click the names of all students who have attended to mark them with a green tick.
6.  Click SAVE


7.  The attendance records will be updated in the Class Summary.

NOTE: The Take Attendance workflow can also be completed via the Courses application
