How do I configure Group Fitness so attendees can add their names to a watch list, and be notified when a spot becomes available in the session.


Answer

You can set a capacity limit for each class, and optionally use a Watch List for classes that reach capacity but may have an available spot later on.

Customers who opt to be added to the Watch List and will receive automated SMS notification when a place becomes available.
On receiving the message the customer clicks on the link in the SMS to join the class.  
The watch list is a first in, first served basis.

To create a Group Watch List:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

  1. 2. Search and select Web Policies.

  1. 3. Click on relevant Policy.

  1. 4. Update ‘Groups Options’ to allow users to watch.



  1. 5. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

  2. 6. Search and select SMS Templates.

  3. 7. Select Model ‘Group Watch’.



8. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT. 

9. Search and select Group Watch Protocols.

10. Create protocol and select Is Allowed.





11. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT. 

12. Search and select Policies.

13. Link protocol via Group Watch Protocol field in Policy





Note: Optionally you can create a specific class watch protocol by going to Groups Module – Management – Classes
