Why do I get an error on my Test web portal when I test purchasing using a Direct Debit or test credit card?

Answer
When testing online, ensure that the value price does not contain cents.  It must be a rounded value. i.e. $10.
It cannot be $10.03.
That also includes the debit fee.
If the value price contains cents the payment will be declined.  This is part of the testing process.
